I offer therapy in individual, family, couples and group formats. My work with individuals is guided predominately by narrative, attachment, and psychodynamic theories. I also utilize EMDR, experiential, and dialectal approaches.

What paperwork do I need to complete?

All paperwork is completed online through my client portal. When we set up our initial session, I will send you an email with a link to access the intake forms.

How many sessions are recommended?

Therapy is a process that is unique to each individual client/family. The number of sessions depend on the goals you and your family would like to accomplish. Some of my clients come to therapy for a few targeted sessions. The majority of my clients come to therapy with the goal of engaging in long-term work.
