Group sessions are 80 minutes.
What are your fees?Individual and family therapy sessions are $185 for 50 minutes.
Group therapy sessions are $70 for 90 minutes. Do you take insurance?I do not accept insurance, although I am happy to provide you with an insurance reimbursable receipt, which is automatically generated at the end of each month through my secure client portal. Many of my clients are reimbursed by their insurance for a portion of therapy sessions after submitting claims. The coverage you have is dependent on your out-of-network benefits. Please check with your insurance regarding your coverage.

Building 2, Suite 103 Austin TX 78735 Is therapy confidential?What is shared in therapy is confidential with a few exceptions. I am bound by law to report if a client is at immediate risk to harm themselves, someone else, or if child or elder abuse is suspected.
What types of therapy do you provide?I offer therapy in individual, family, couples and group formats. My work with individuals is guided predominately by narrative, attachment, and psychodynamic theories. I also utilize EMDR, experiential, and dialectal approaches.
What paperwork do I need to complete?All paperwork is completed online through my client portal. When we set up our initial session, I will send you an email with a link to access the intake forms.
How many sessions are recommended?Therapy is a process that is unique to each individual client/family. The number of sessions depend on the goals you and your family would like to accomplish. Some of my clients come to therapy for a few targeted sessions. The majority of my clients come to therapy with the goal of engaging in long-term work.
